“While overall the install went well, I asked the installer if there had been any issues with broken glass and he said no. As soon as I turned the AC on (hours later as I left work) I could hear glass blowing inside the vents, there was also an old trim piece that was left on top of the car. Might be worth it in the future to pay a bit more to not have broken glass blowing around the vents”

He explained to me that his technician were to arrive between 2pm and 3pm but to surprise he showed up earlier while I was returning home from my errands which he politely gave me a call notifying me that he was a my residents which was hours a head of my intended scheduled time and when I arrived he was already at work prepping the damaged window for removal and the technician also notified me on the length of time it will take him to complete his mission very, Very professional. “I did not have a satisfactory experience. The guy came an hour early as I was just pulling up to the driveway. They didn't call before hand to let me know they would be coming early. After he was done my door panel was not set right. I tried to tell him, show him compared to the other doors, pointed out where it wasn't sitting right, and he kept telling me it was the window tinting place fault. He didn't want to fix it. I clean my car, i amaroall the inside, I know my car. My door panel was not sitting like that before. I will not use this company again. ”
