“After an initial timing mix-up, Reuben arrived and expertly installed the windshield. Small discrepancy in his description that says OEM parts are used-not so, after-market (Chinese), in the case of the windshield glass. It should also state that sales tax will be added to the quote given. ”

“I am very impressed by this service! I needed to have a windshield replaced on a Rav4. I was given a quote of $181.24, which I thought was reasonable. There was great communication by email and then by phone. I was told that someone would be at my office between 10 and 12. I received a call at 10:05 that he was waiting in the parking lot. I went down to meet the man (and I am so sorry that I forgot the gentleman's name!) and he said he would be done in 40 minutes. Just a little bit before that, he called and said he was done! It looks great! I would highly recommend Mario's Auto Glass to anyone needing their windshield replaced.”

“Alliance was very response and I was able to get an appointment the very next day. My only two critiques are that there were shards of glass left all over my dash, in my center console, and on my front two seats. It also appears that some of the paint above my windshield was chipped in the repair process. The new windshield has been perfect so far, but overall I think there should've been more attention paid to detail and not to mention my safety with the glass shards everywhere.”
