“I was very impressed by Ruben's communications as it's a rare trait these days. He notified me well in advance that he would need to push out the scheduled appointment a couple of hours. He then followed up when he was on n his way and provided an estimated time of arrival. Once he arrived he immediately started work and was finished within the estimated time. Lastly, Ruben reiterated the fact that I needed to keep the tape on for a day and avoid drinking bing on freeway for a couple days. Replacement windshield looks great and no mess was left behind. I highly recommend his service!”

“Communication was good. price was right. Very courteous and knowledgeable installer. Only negative was the wait and that my whole morning was shot. I was told installation would be between 9:00 and 1:00. I waited until 1:15 with no calls and had to leave a message on the customer service phone. Installer called very shortly after that.”
