My guy that came was beyond helpful. I am a nosey person and was out there while he was doing it. He answered all my questions with a genuine nice tone in his voice. He was very social and very professional with my car. At the end he made my bill less expensive than the quote AND told me not to worry about tipping him when I was going to give him $30. What a nice guy Brad was

I was pleased with the glass company. Although when I placed my order i indicated that there might be additional parts needed. The glass company was not aware of this and my service was delayed.I think that it should have been addressed at the time I ordered service.I also think I shouldn't owe any more money for the additional parts.
