Phenomenal service with a great price to match. I’d like to point out to you guys that despite JL Alpha being advertised as a higher price than Safelite, I ended up saving nearly 50% by using JL Alpha. Safelite charges low prices for their windshields, but then try to hit you with a whopping $750 fee to recalibrate your safety systems. While JL has a higher price for the windshield itself, the recalibration fee has already been built into their pricing model, so there’s no surprise fee once setting things up. I paid JL Alpha $560 for a mobile service that was out of state for them. Safelite was going to charge me $1227 and I was going to need to bring my car into one of their locations for the work. As such, I believe you should change how you represent JL Alpha as the more expensive option compared to Safelite. Maybe if I had an older car with no safety sensors, Safelite would have been cheaper. But as it is, they were far more expensive, despite being listed as nearly a 40% discount to JL Alpha. To add to this, I reached out to JL via text on a Friday evening around 8:00pm. I was meeting them in a different state by 2:00pm the next day, Saturday. You can’t really beat that in my opinion. The last time I used Safelite’s mobile service, there was about a 1 week wait period before they could send someone out to me. I’m very happy with the service I received from JL Alpha Auto Glass. 2022 Subaru Legacy | 4 Door Sedan
