“Since I live more than one hour away from the company that provided the service and was going to be traveling close to the service shop, they were very accommodating to providing an opening. Some people would find the company's professionalism "unacceptable"...the company was housed in an old gas station in an older section of town. Although the appearance of the location and service people may not have been "professional" looking, a closer look evidenced the employees professional knowledge and abilities. Don't judge a book by it's cover. You may miss a very good experience. The price of the replacement windshield was very affordable as it was at least 1/3 less than other companies. This company used OEM quality replacement glass and not an inferior quality. Although the location and employees may have looked rough around the edges, the receipt was detailed and professional. If I needed another windshield replacement and was traveling through the area, I would return to this location.”

“The shop was fine but not really a factor. My satisfaction was all about the installer--who was courteous and efficient. The scheduling process was another story. With the schedulers telling me my winshield could be satisfactorily replaced outside in 20degree weather...Also they scheduled me for Tuesday pm. They told the installer to do it on Monday. Luckily I was home when he called and could go into the shop while he was still there doing another job.”

“I was extremely satisfied with Alliance Glass. They came to my residence on time and did the job very efficiently and professionally. I picked them because they had the best price that I had found when calling around for quotes. I asked them for their cards so I could pass them out to my coworkers who drive the Hwy 80 corridor and get chips and breaks from rocks being thrown from the truck tires. ”

I paid $305 to replace my glass and on next day I got 2 phone calls from their office asking to pay extra $300 because of wrong info I provided. I refused to do that and in next day their technician came to my home and took that glass out of my car and he gave me my money back which is good.
