“I found everything about my experience to be wonderful. The website was very easy to use and to schedule an appt. The call back was immediate and the person calling - Amy - was most helpful and curtious. The service person (cannot remember his name) called to let me know he was in the area and was prompt. I was told someone would be there between 12 - 4 and he showed up at 12:30. I had to make him move twice and he did not seem flustered. He was very informative and polite.
