“Technician friendly and courteous....showed me his work for my approval. My complaint is that service was scheduled for day I had called, though I was contacted and told the technician might not be able to make it til next day, when we would be first on the schedule. Well, they did come out the next day, but at 3:20, which I would not consider first thing in the morning! Other than that, though, I would rate this service as acceptable and would likely use this company again.”

“I needed to replace a windshield in order to get it registered to drive.I called on a Sunday, had the option to have it done in my driveway on Wednesday, I chose to have it done Friday because of my schedule. Very flexible with the scheduling. On that Friday, the tech showed up, and the window was finished an hour later. Thank you for the excellent service and professionalism of the tech and the quickness of the reansaction. Job well done.”

“There was an older model pickup truck ahead of me. That window took 2 1/2 hours to complete. So my window though installed quickly was only after 1:15 PM. I sat from 11:00 AM. I had no other option. The staff was careful to vacuum all the little pieces of glass that I didn't get the night before. ”
