“only complaint would be minor, "to call customer if later than scheduled during the day" otherwise the guy was fast, clean and professional! i stayed out of the way but listened in on the training of second individual. the lead guy had a lot of pride in what he was doing, didn't settle for good, took pride in being best. what more can one ask for? definitely would recommend this particular technician, top notch!”

“The technicians was very couteous and answered all my questions. very interactive even while doing the job. I would very likely enlist JJ Glass again should I need to. My only negative if you can call it is that they were not here in the time frame they said they would be. They were over an hour late, HOWEVER I do understand that a previous customer was being taken care of. So when I phoned in what was taking so long, they immediately said another tech to do my job. I SINCERELY APPRECIATE THAT. AAA+ IN MY BOOK for JJ Glass!!! ”

“This place was awesome! Scheduling and obtaining a quote was a breeze, the willingness to explain procedure, warranty etc was appreciated, the price was way better than the competitors, the representative was on time and finished the job really quickly, the work is quality, and when I noticed a parking sticker had gotten left on the old windshield, the representative came all the way back to give it to me! I would definitely recommend!!”

“The glass put on had the same defect as the one I had replaced. I called and they are going to try a different brand. So well see.”

“Once the schedule is made. If JJ can not make the agreed upon schedule, they should notify the customers to prevent their time being wasted. I have to call and find out why they were not here as agreed. I have to look for alternate transportation for my wife because I waited for them.”
