“The shop was fine but not really a factor. My satisfaction was all about the installer--who was courteous and efficient. The scheduling process was another story. With the schedulers telling me my winshield could be satisfactorily replaced outside in 20degree weather...Also they scheduled me for Tuesday pm. They told the installer to do it on Monday. Luckily I was home when he called and could go into the shop while he was still there doing another job.”

“Service was better than I expected and the price was the lowest. the tech came out to my appartment building replace the glass and provide info on waranty and what to expect for the installation to be complete. Good service and professional. when the old glass was remove some small glass chips fell on my chair, luckly I didn't cut my self when I sat on it. other than that everthing else was perfect. ”

“This couldn't have been any easier, I scheduled the appt, the tech arrived and didn't mind me hanging out and watching the replacement. He was kind and professional and was done so quickly I was amazed. This is the first time in 20 years of driving that I had to get a windshield replaced and this company made it a painless process, except of course I did have to pay for it. But the cost wasn't nearly what I thought it would be and now I have a beautiful new windshield. I would definitely recommend using this company.”
