“Requested a quote through glass.net and got a call from Alpha Auto Glass a couple hours later. They said they could complete the install the very next day (a SUNDAY) and would show up between 9-11 AM. The technician was extremely courteous and gave me a call when he was 30 minutes out and showed up within the time window we setup. He completed the work within 90 minutes of arriving and the replacement windshield looks fantastic. The price I ended up paying was was the price quoted over the phone and the price quote I saw through glass.net. You simply cannot beat the price, professionalism, courtesy, and CONVENIENCE Alpha Auto Glass provides. I highly recommend them to anyone around Houston needing a replacement windshield.”

“My car had to come back three times (four total) after the initial job was not done properly. The glass was not laid in properly and the seal continued to leak. When the car finally stopped leaking (fourth time is a charm), there was damage to the interior upholstery near the edge of window and the seal is visibly sloppy.”
