“I was told that they would replace my windshield in the AM, then I did not hear anything and when I contacted them they said that they left me a message that they had changed my time to the afternoon, also the main problem I had is that they did not clean up at all and broke one of my heat/AC knobs off the inside of my vehicle and the weather stripping was not put back on inside the door on the driver side. ”
