“Had my window broken Saturday night in Brooklyn, called that night to arrange something for the next day. Had my window replaced (American made) by noon on Sunday for a lot less money than I thought. The guy that came out was super fast and nice. ”

They came right to my home (I live in a rural area) the very first weekday morning after I requested the service. The service request was incredibly simple. I can't believe I have an entirely new windshield on my Prius for less than $200! I called my local Toyota service center, by the way, a few minutes before making the reservation for this repair. They still haven't returned my call, and my windshield was fixed many hours ago. I am thrilled with this company. ”

“Ruben came out on Labor Day morning to help. But the supplier gave him the wrong windshield. He had driven 15 miles to help me. But instead of getting pissed and raging in front of his son, he calmly told me he'd be back the next day. I saw how he was so awesome to respond in such a way to a shitty problem on a holiday. And he came back next day as promised. Took care of my problem and windshield is perfect. No doubt Ruben is someone trustworthy and deserves more than he makes. ”

“The quality of the work was fine accept they damaged the dashboard of my car and didn't tell me. They left without notifying me. I will call the office on Monday. The replacement dashboard is expensive I expect Jv Auto Glass to pay for the replacement and installation.”
