“The shop I chose was great. I got 3 quotes from Glass.net, and they were actually all very reasonable. I truly believe I would have been happy with anyone of them. They called back within 20 minutes. they scheduled it for the next day, and everything was great, but to my suprise the lady called back again and asked if i would like to have it done within the next couple of hours, same day. I said sure, but what will it cost me, she said nothing. The guy came out, was very nice, took him about 15-20 minutes, cleaned everything up, and was gone. Did I mention they came to me, at my work? It was great, I highly recommend Glass.net! I got quotes from other companies, on average all of the quotes from glass.net were $200 or more less. Very happy, I would use them again in a second, and will be referring them to anyone that needs glass replacment or repair! I give them a 10 out of 10!”

“The installer was outstanding with his workmanship. He worked alone, which I found impressive. He worked quickly but still did an awesome job. The only problem I had was that he left some glass in the driveway. I did see him vacuuming, however there was some broken glass underneath the car that he must have missed. Great job, and I would derfinatley recommend GlassOne.”

“They arrived later than expected which was not really a problem but it did cause me to call to verify that I was still scheduled. In the process of removing the old glass plenty of broken glass ended up on the driveway. They asked to borrow a broom which I thought was going to be used to remove the broken glass, instead it was used to push the broken glass onto the ground next to the driveway which made it much more difficult for me to remove and dispose of later.”

“The service seemed fine at the time-friendly, efficient, convenient. However, a week after getting the service done, the seal around my windshield has come loose, so I'm going to have to have followup service performed. I"m sure it's an easy fix, and is probably just a problem that sometimes occurs, but I am disappointed to have to reschedule another visit with this shop.”
