“I was out of town when installation was done. Not sure who is doing the scamming, you or Formula 1. After the installation, Formula 1 charged addition then the quoted 240.92. If I was available I would have had them remove and replace with the old window. Is this your normal for doing business? Let me Know.”

“The windshield was replaced in one of my service vehicles. The vehicle was on the road the first time the glass technician attempted to make the repair. He courteously rescheduled my repair so that it would be convenient for the both of us. The next day he showed up when he said he would. The repair went quickly and he didn't leave a mess. “Fenkell Glass is located in Troy and was not sure whether they will be able to replace my windshield, however the service manager called me and said that they will be able to fit it in as their service truck will be serving in our area that day. I waited the whole day for their truck to arrive to service my car. I called twice the day of my service and was assured that a service person will be servicing my car between 8am - 5:00pm. At around 2:00pm I got a call saying that their truck broke down and will not be able to service my vehicle. I ended up taking my vehicle to another shop next day and got it serviced promplty and saved $ from the quote I got from the website.”
