“I was set up for mobile service but they called me up at about 8:45 am and asked me to come in before 10 am because they needed to use my garage, which was not available for use. I had to scramble to get there before 10 am . Why couldn't they have called me earlier that if my garage is not available, I need to take the car in. So they need to do a better job scheduling..”
