“Jim (the owner) at Pro Glass Restoration is an extraodinary man. I put in my order on Saturday and did not expect a phone call until Monday. 30mins after my order was placed, Jim called to discuss my order. Monday morning Jim arrived with his truck at my work and installed the glass for my Jeep Wrangler flawlessly. Not only his job was done professionally, Jim took care of it with every detail well cared for. Jim even "fought" with my inssurance to get me the Genuine glass for my Jeep, instead of the after-market one that the Inssurance would pay for. Would I have my glass done with him again? You know the answer....DEFINITELY YES! and I will recommend his service to anyone I know who needs their auto glass replaced.”

“I am absolutely and completely pleased by the service. The team (2 gentlemen) was very prompt, arriving at the earlier time of the range that was quoted. There was no confusion as to the needed part and they immediately set to work, with no hesitation, confusion or false start, as to process or procedure. I wasn't running a stop watch or anything, but I was left with the impression that they had indeed done this many times before and were expert in every detail. Having my vehicle vandalized was disturbing enough in the first place. This excellent team was able to close this unfortunate incident on a very high note, indeed.
