“I wasn't called with a time on Monday morning as promised. After several calls and long "put on hold" sequences, when I finally reached your 800-number, I was told the technician had a damaged windshield and would need to reschedule. Again on Tuesday, no call. I had to reach out again to nail down a time- and I'm fairly sure it wouldn't have been soon if I hadn't raised the issue. The technician left dirty hand prints all over the inside frame of my jeep. To their credit, they were fast and courteous.”
