“I am extremely pleased with the service. I actually made an error -- I told the company that my car was a 1998 Jeep. When the technician arrived, he found that the car was actually a 1996. The technician had travelled nearly 140 blocks, yet he told me in a very friendly voice that he would go back to the warehouse to get the correct window. To my great surprise, the company didn't charge me extra for the 2nd trip. I can't say enough about this service! It was very frustrating dealing with a smashed window and stolen radio. Glass.net turned a horrible situation into a positive experience. Thanks Glass.net!”

“Jim (the owner) at Pro Glass Restoration is an extraodinary man. I put in my order on Saturday and did not expect a phone call until Monday. 30mins after my order was placed, Jim called to discuss my order. Monday morning Jim arrived with his truck at my work and installed the glass for my Jeep Wrangler flawlessly. Not only his job was done professionally, Jim took care of it with every detail well cared for. Jim even "fought" with my inssurance to get me the Genuine glass for my Jeep, instead of the after-market one that the Inssurance would pay for. Would I have my glass done with him again? You know the answer....DEFINITELY YES! and I will recommend his service to anyone I know who needs their auto glass replaced.”
