“Joseph was my Service Technician. He called and got directions to my office, he arrived on time. He explained the process around replacing the back glass on my hardtop convertible. He finished a head of schedule, he thoroughly vacuumed the trunk to remove the glass, and he finished under budget. Overall it was an excellent experience. Since Joseph did such great and was highly visible in the parking lot, a co-woker asked about the work being done and I gladly referred Joseph and gave an intro between my co-worker and Joseph.”

“Person came within the time that he said that he would. the job was done quickly, he sure knows what he was doing. My car is a g37 coupe so had to take off the panels above the doors in which he remove and replace with care, and explain everything as he goes which was nice, after the job was he make that the area around the class was wipe clean.and leave advice. I personally recommend this place if anyone wants good service with oem glass. Other places were charging more for the glass, and also charging a fee to come at my location in Brooklyn ny.they did not charge me for that........thanks again . ..”

“The Installer came to my residence to replace my windshield, and was courteous and professional upon arriving. We moved my car to a location on the street for him to begin work. First he identified that his dispatch had sent the wrong glass, and asked if I wanted to proceed with the work, and I approved it. I left him to work and went back inside. about 25 mins. later I looked out of the window, and saw a strange woman standing next to my car taking photos with her phone. When I went outside, he said it was his wife taking pictures because he had messed up during the installation and had cut a 2.5 inch gash in the fabric of the pillar inside the windshield on the right side. He admitted to messing up, and when I went to inspect and send pictures to his dispatcher, I noticed a new ding on the right front door under the rearview mirror, which is the exact area he was standing in during the installation. He did not admit to causing this ding. I sent pictures of the damage to the dispatcher, who offered to order the part and send a tech out to install it at a future date. I explained that I wasn't comfortable using any of his people on my car anymore, and I have taken the car to my dealership for proper repairs. I also noticed that the tech was in a hurry to leave after I discovered his mistake, and did not properly refit the molding on the new windshield and the roof of the car. I was very dissatisfied with my service experience, and now I have to fight with the dispatcher to reimburse me for the $300 dollars the dealership is charging me to fix the ding and replace the frame panel. Please reconsider using this company in the future for your clients.”

“I felt that the technician was not friendly and it made me feel uncomfortable. He was messy also and did not take care of my car when doing work.”

“It's difficult to rate the quality at this time event though the installation looks good. I have a convertible hard top and had the rear window replaced yesterday and I hear broken glass rattling around today. To allow the glass to cure properly I need to wait two days before operating the top. Once I can do this I will be able to determine if the glass is trapped in some of the void spaces which will require the removal of the glass of if it is an area where I can vacuum it out. I would also recommend that the installers use some type of protection for the car so that the loose pieces of glass do not land on the paint and scratch it when removing the old glass. They also need to carry a broom on their truck to clean up the work area - they didn't have one and left it to me to clean up the loose glass that fell on the ground when removing the old glass. A portable light would also help them in poorly lit garages. ”
