I got the quote on my rear window (2004 Santa Fe) and got a call within minutes to scheduled my appointment. Audie obviously knows his stuff and the installation took no time at all. He even fixed the bad threading on one of the hinges. He was pleasant and professional and though I hope to not need any more auto glass - I will use this company in the future. “Communication was good. price was right. Very courteous and knowledgeable installer. Only negative was the wait and that my whole morning was shot. I was told installation would be between 9:00 and 1:00. I waited until 1:15 with no calls and had to leave a message on the customer service phone. Installer called very shortly after that.”
