“They tech came to fix my window and things were good till I got in my car the next day to find that my door handle on the inside didn't work. When I made the complaint to the company they tried to tell me that it was already broken and that the tech informed me of this. Niether of these two statements are true!”

“The two guys that came were very nice , but it was hard to understand them since their english was not excellent. It maybe to the advantage of the company if possible to have one that does not speak excellent english and one that does in order to better interface with the customer and for the other to improve their english. It would have been nice if a confirmation a day or two before came from the company came. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience.”

“The repairman forgot to put up the rear view mirror after installation which cause me some trouble in driving. However, he promiced and did show up the next day on time to put back the rear view mirror on Windshield. So I consider it as honest mistake.”
