“The installer forgot to call 30 minutes prior to showing up. Since we were his last stop in the 8am - 11am service window this caused some distress as we figured he wasn't going to come on time. Please try to stick to calling 30 minutes ahead if that is what you are telling customers. Otherwise he was wonderful and pleasant and did a great job.”
