“They did an amazing job on my glass! I am rating them 3 stars due to the out of pocket expense being higher than what was quoted! I assumed that the quote was inclusive of tax, but I was wrong. I should have asked this upfront. Please be advised when you get the quote it is just the price of the materials if you need tint it will be extra, and the quote that is e-mailed to you is exclusive of tax! ”

“Appointment is on time that's 4 stars from the time frame of 9-11am and came at 10ish. It is first night can't really tell if it is done right because still have to wait for the rain that make sure it's not leaking or it won't give up if you drive in the expressway but so far it looks good with the appearance . I guess update is coming up. Right now I can not give the correct review. Hopefully it will be 5 stars. ”

“Very poor communication- was told technicians would be at my home between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. ; didn't call me and didn't show up until 4 o'clock in the afternoon. Work was done very well and didn't take very long but took up my entire day. Based on my experience I'm not sure if I would recommend auto glass guru's. Rob”

“They did a good job but not quite meticulously. Rubber that they put is not exactly in line with the rest of the rounds. Like someone who first time installing. ”
