“Submitted online request and called their number for scheduling appointment. Person who answered the call was very polite and helpful. Online Quote was $198. He said there will additional $10 for molding (etc). I was fine with that. Appointment was given for next day between 9 to 12. He (one who installed glass) called @11:30 to let me know he is late and will be there around 1:30 p.m. Showed up at 2:15 p.m. It was just around 35 mins job. He is well spoken too. After he left I noticed bigger sealing gap outside on passenger side. I called him and sent him the pic on phone. He showed-up next day and fixed it. I worked from home on these 2 days, so no issue with time-off :-)”

“They were really good about coming out to my job on the day I called them. The technician was very nice and quick. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star is I told the guy when I called I had solargreen glass and needed it to be replaced with that. It was but with e1 and not the e11 I have in the other windows. Partially my fault but I felt they should have asked for the level of tint I had.”
