“the man who replaced the window was very nice. I worry that the window doesn't go all the way down when rolled down, it sticks up about a cm, but it doesn't really bother me to put my arm on the door. Of all the places I looked, this company was the cheapest. I think it was a good job. There was still glass to clean up in the rest of the front/back seats of the car... I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that there are no problems with it in the future as they are located in Baytown and that would be very much out of the way for me. All in all, the woman who took my call initially was wonderful and I'm satisfied.”

“Not at all happy about this. Call Glass One directly and was at first impressed with their service and speed in setting up an appointment. The "subcontractor" called me back directly stating I would have to go to the dealer in order to get my windshield replaced, because they didn't have it in stock. I informed them that Glass One had already charged my credit card and confirmed the appointment, then I was told I would have to take it up with Glass One directly. This all took place on a Friday. I called Glass One back to get an explanation and I spoke to a very friendly representative that said she would take care of the problem and call me right back. I was never called on Friday or Saturday or Sunday. Finally, I called Glass One back on a Monday, the originally scheduled date of windshield installation and asked what the latest information was regarding my windshield installation. I was told by a friendly representative (Stacey) that she would call the subcontractor directly and get back to me within an hour. Four hours later, I still didn't have a phone call back. I called Glass One again and finally got a new appointment for a Wednesday. The subcontractor called on Wednesday and told me he would be at our home between the hours of 9 am and 1 pm. He showed up at 10, but failed to bring the correct windshield and materials. He came back a few hours later and installed the windshield in a rush. We did not pressure him. Afterwards, my wife inspected the windshield and the installer seemed very uneasy and in a hurry. I was able to test drive the vehicle the following evening after work (Thursday). I was quickly unimpressed to find the windshield has an air leak all over the left side (as you're sitting in the vehicle) and on the bottom right side. So much of a leak that it feels as if I have a window down while driving at 30 to 35 mph. I called the subcontractor back concerning this issue during the following business day (Friday). The representative told me I could bring the car into their shop on Saturday morning. I asked about the mobile service due to prior engagements scheduled for Saturday morning, so she booked me for a mobile appointment on Monday morning. We'll see how that goes....it is currently Sunday evening. I'm just very disappointed in the entire process. At no time has any one explained just what the hell happened and no one has issued an apology. This has really been a pain and I am not at all satisfied with the quality of the service, professionalism, nor installation of the windshield. It snowed today, so if I find it has leaked water around the windshield, I will become even more pissed than I currently am about the situation. This is ridiculous.”
