“Service was very quick and very well done. I have to hand it to the installer as he arrived in the afternoon and had to perform the installation in the direct sunlight with a heat index of 110 degrees. I think he deserves hazard pay. I would not have been discouraged had the company contacted me and told me that they did not want their mobile technicians in that afternoon heat. I would have been happy to reschedule. I was very pleased with the work though.”
