“The technician was very polite and made things easy by communicating timely. He had a case before mine, but when the customer didn’t respond at their scheduled appointment time, he called me asked if he could come and replace my car’s windshield, which I agreed. He came did within an hour under the scorching heat with heat index at 105. Everything went and I like the new windshield so far. Thank you. ”
