“Window is still not quite fixed. The back wiper and motor is not on. Instead I have pieces of tape covering the holes where they should be.For $400 I would have liked the job to be completed. The installer said he could not get the arm off of the motor I would think they would be prepared for situations like that and not leave the job incomplete.”

“I received a call regarding my e-mail inquiry the following day. The person who called was very professional and scheduled my appointment for the following day as I requested. On the install day, I received a phone call from the installer who barely spoke english. During my phone conversation with the installer, without prompting me, he handed the phone over to his partner. Within a few seconds I immediately knew I was speaking to someone different because he started asking me the same questions I had already answered for the first person I spoke to. Out of frustration, I told the installers to leave and I would take my business else where.”
