“I selected a morning appointment, since my husband was on third, requested as early as possibly. The company that was subcontracted to do the work showed up at 2:30 p.m. I called the compaby 2 times between 12 and 2 and was told the hold time was 41 seconds, after a minute and a half I was sent to voice mail. There was no call advising me they were going to be late and no one to address my concerns when the technician did not show. Only to be told when they did that they would have charged me $75 less. ”
