“The installer tore the carpeting in my truck and tried to hid the fact. Contacted company about the carpet was told by the warranty deptartment to get two or three estimates mailed them on April 16,2007. April 23,2007 received telephone call stating that the warranty deptartment received the estimates and they would review them and contact me in a few days; May 2,2007 I called the warrant department and was told they could not locate the estimates! May 2,6,and 9 called the warranty department and left voice mails and still have not heard from anyone. I would hope that my situation is unique and not the way that business is customary handled!”
