“The service received was good, when the installer arrived to do the work a sudden rain storm hit and we did not have any place to put the truck under cover to do the work, so we were told we would have to reschedule. My son was very dissapointed, but completely understood. However a couple of hours later I received a call from the installer who had completed another job, and since the rain had stopped he offered to come back and do the job we had ordered. I and my son were very pleased that he went out of his way to do this for us, as we would of had to wait 2 more days to get this done, and the weather can be a little unpredictable here.
