“I was very satisfied with the service by the provider. However, I am outraged with glass one. I had full glass insurance coverage. I have been leaving messages with glass one to refund the $263 that was put on my debit card. The money was taken from my bank account within 2 hours. I have been waiting over 3 days to have it returned. (The service provider informed me that they returned the fees to you on Friday and they in turn filed a claim with my insurance company).
