“Was given a arrival window of 9am to 1pm. I called at 1:15 to report that the tech had not shown nor called. The office staff was very friendly and helpful in keeping in updated as to when the tech would show up and why he was late. Tech showed up at 3pm and was very fast. However, I now have a rattling in my dash that I didnt have before - may be a piece of glass or something. I will have to call and report this.”
