“Getting the appointment was easy. I never saw the tech who came out because I was at work. The new windshield still had all the stickers on it and hadn't been cleaned. There were small pieces of glass all over my dashboard, my seat was left all the back, and it doesn't look as if it was placed right. I guess I'll find out the next time it rains.”

“Upon arrival they had just unpacked the window to find it was the wrong tint. I had made the appointment with one day to prepare and get the window in and check it. I even called the moment I made the appointment to ensure the right tint was ordered.I drove 45min. To have the window installed and had to my day planned out to which I could not go exchange vehicles and make a new appointment to get the right window.I will say the staff made the experience as pleasant as possible being friendly and courteous, but disappointed that I now have to spend the money that i saved to get the window tinted to match the rest on a vehicle that is just over a year old. ”
