“I am very upset since the rep double charged my card, which he said declined so I have two $284 amounts being authorized on my bank account right now... Not cool. Who has $600 extra dollars just to throw around. He said to call on Monday if something showed up, so I did and he tried to tell me he already looked into it and nothing was there. Well, I called the bank and confirmed your company has this money authorized from my account and I need this to be put back ASAP. I don't have a week for it to fall back into my account. Thanks. We used an entirely different card for the payment, which has been deducted. Thanks.”
