“Did a good job, but left a lot of broken glass on the driveway where my kids play. I realize this my not of been his job, but I spent about 30 mins. the night before cleaning it all up, so when I saw the shards of glass in the driveway I knew it was from the last part of the removal that you guys did. Also, seems like a lot of chalking glue was used at the top of the glass, because it bulges out and doesn't follow the contour of the van's frame like the lower half of the window does. Overall good job though, I'm happy you were able to come out as fast as you did. thanks,”

“installation by Josh the best use him as a example. advertisng poor try harder to show price and warrenties I still am unsure who I did business with. B&G or Glass.com. I actually live in Sedona.AZ not Dallas TX and do not carry Comprehensive ins on three cars. Who do I call?”

“Jonathan the owner at Safe Auto Glass was Awesome. I called him at 8:00pm on Thursday night and he had a certified Windshield installer there at 9:00 am the next morning. The installer was actually at my work before I was and was kind enough to wait an extra 15 min for me to get there because I was running late. The installation went perfect and the most important part is that they used an OEM Windshield that was exactly like the factory windshield. Most of the other companies use aftermarket windshields I was a little nervous at first to use Safe Auto Glass because of the rating with the BBB but if you look they have only had 7 complaints in 3 years and only one of them was on the actual job itself. Further more if you look at the other major company the have had hundreds of complaints and yet they have an A+ rating with the BBB so please don’t just look at the ratings because they are controlled by how much money you spend with the BBB. Bottom line is Safe Auto Glass did and exceptional job and the used OEM factory Glass and had a qualified technician doing the work. James L. St.Louis Mo. ”
