The only thing was that I felt sorry for the tech because it was a cold and windy day - but he was a true professional and did the work excellently. Even my neighbors were impressed. “They did not respond to email in a timely matter and when they called they didn't leave a message. When I called them back it was like starting all over again. I was told I would get a call back to let me know if they had the window to fix my car and I haven't heard back from them since. Now I am trying someone else hopefully they will do better than this. The price is good but not worth the time to wait on them to get back to you.”
