“I am very pleased with my experience with Glass America. I requested service on a Sunday and a representative called me back immediately. She was kind. I made her aware the window being replaced was in an old truck and there was rust around the frame of the window. Other companies refused to do the job. She informed me that replacement could be done but there would be no warranty. I appreciate that, I knew it would still come out better than if I did it myself. The representative who completed the work communicated well and showed up as scheduled. He also seemed very knowledgeable. Thank you.”

“First appointment no call no show. When I contacted them they lied and said they reached out. Second appointment also cancelled. Third appointment charged $100 more than the agreed quote. Settled for $50 more the agreed quote! This was all contributed to the glass company they used. ”
