“The windshield that was shipped was not the one I ordered. I ordered, and paid for the third visor however, the one delivered did not have it. The technician immediately brought it to my attention and I chose to have it installed as I could not wait. Other than that issue, I was totally pleased with the reservation process. The installation process was hassel free which is what we all need more of.”

“My windshield cracked sometime over the weekend after a snowstorm and I noticed it when I left for work on Monday morning. I searched the web for a company in my area that replaced windshields. After entering my information on the Glass.net site, I received a call requesting more detailed information and was notified that a technician would be out the following day. The local company called early the next morning to notify me someone would be at my place of employment between 12pm and 3pm to replace my windshield. At 12:30 pm the technician arrived and I met him at my car. He was extremely pleasant, replaced my windshield leaving my car as neatly as he found it within an hour of arriving. I am extremely pleased with the service and installation.”
