“I went to a different shop a year ago. They cost a little bit more, but next time I'll call them. It's in all the little details. Royal also put the seals in wrong and it looks funny. Over time I'll probably have to replace them because the ends will flap in the wind.”

We contacted several auto-glass companies to replace our shattered back glass in our 1995 Chevy Lumina and none of them could help us. They could get the glass but not the weatherstrip for it. “After completing registration on the internet, I was expecting a phone call to set up a tentative time of service for the following day. I did not recieve a call within the hour so I called myself and was told that the glass was in stock and that they would call me on the date of service with a time. The next day I waited until 1PM with no phone call from the company with time an expected time of service. When I called a 1PM they were very kind and professional and sent someone over within 15 mintues. I appreciate the promt service, but I would of liked to have had a tentative time of service so that I could of planned out the rest of my day. All in all I had a great experience, the glass looks great, service was prompt, friendly and convienient. Would recommend to a friend.”
