“Was told that you would be here in the morning nobody called to confirm appointment God got an email saying that I was scheduled then a phone call saying the windshield broke that it got pushed back a day nobody called that morning nobody called me afternoon I had to call and ask what was going on showed up around 2:30 and installed windshield the guy was very professional and made up for the lack of communication”

Got the job done quickly, and when I noticed there was a major issue with the glass (my heads up display was massively distorted), these guys gave me back my money and took the issue up with their supplier (internet search revealed a batch of bad glass floating around for BMWs). I would strongly recommend working with Alliance over Safelite (30% more expensive!).”

Big thanks to David at the shop for making this all come together on such short notice. My car required new glass in order to pass a safety inspection at the race track on Monday morning.
