“The phone reps Jamie & Jason were very professional, courteous & informative. The glass didn't arrive when the expected it, but I was informed and that made a huge difference. It confirmed that I chose the right company. The windshield was still installed on the same day it was scheduled. I thought there would be some difficulty finding glass for a 1985 BMW 325e, but it was never a question to them. The installer called to keep me informed, removed any question or doubt with his appearance and professionalism. He made me feel very comfortable that he knew what he was doing and that my "baby" would be well taken care of. Best online experience ever, best vehicle service experience ever, without a doubt.”
