“I liked the installer so much, I asked them how much to replace the FRONT glass on my Escalade - cracked and pitted from Tahoe runs on sanded roads. He had someone deliver the glass to him as he worked on the Acura, and completed BOTH vehicles before lunch. The price was less than HALF of what Safelite quoted me!”

“I ended up having two installers and one had to come back twice. There was a mixup with which glass I actually ordered (front/vs back). The first installer could not get the correct glass in because he said it was defective. A second installer came with a new glass but was able to use the first one. So it was many phone calls and many trips out to the car but they were very courteous and professional ”
