“Contacted Glass net on tuesday Evening around 6:00 to 7:00 pm set replacement for Friday morning, I took the day off to acomdate. Got a call back The same evening I placed the order, which impressed me, telling me the glass installer would contact me for friday morning install. I received a call from Glass net thursday around 4:30 pm asking for credit card number to confirm appointment. Friday morning just before 9:00 am the local shop called to set up appointment, they wer not expecting this job today, they informed me that they had just been given work order this morning to contact me. So Glass Net had droped the ball. Installer has justed called back at 9:20 am Friday and has been able to locate glass ( dodge Viper side window) and has a tech on the way. Local install group has saved this survey from being a total bust for Glass Net.”
