Technician arrived at my home at the appointed hour, promptly and professionally installed a high-quality OEM windshield, and instructed me how to cautiously drive the car while the seals cured. The price was exactly as quoted on the Internet, even though the technician chose to replace a seal which would normally cost extra. Excellent experience. I hope not to need another replacement any time soon, but will definitely use this service again.

The only problem was the person I spoke to didnt inform me I had to have the work done under a dry area.as it rained that day, so when the tech called it was a little pain. Still,the tech was great.

The only complaint I'd have is that the tech did not show up within the time bracket I was given, I called as soon as it expired and the man on the phone was very diligent on finding out how much longer I would have to wait. Literally within minutes the tech was at the door with my glass! He was not extraordinarily late, just slightly, which I'm sure wasn't his fault as he, of course had other clients. Overall great work!
