Great experience, work was done very fast and in my schedule window. Only thing is I would have liked a receipt. Installer could not provide one, and only excepted cash. If the windshield does incure problems later, I have no way to prove who put it in.

My windsheild service was dont at my home. I made the inital contact via the website and was contacted later that day by the indigual who performed the replacement. The schedule was at my convenience. They arrive on time as schedule which was a big plus as I have other things planned for the day. The tech was friendly and professional. the the job was completed in reasonable time. The job was done carefully appears to be as perfectly done as possible. My drive was cleaned up and there was not mess left.

I was waiting for two days for another company to call me back with a quote, they finally did and then told me they could get to the job in 3 days. I wll not continue giving my business to that company. I was very pleased with how prompt the responce was and with in a few hours I was back to work with a new windshield. I also appreciate the fact that they cleaned all the broken glass out of my car from the accident, all of it. And for less than the other company that I was going to have to drive across town to get the work done. I had my glass installation scheduled for Friday June 20th from 1-5. My truck driver was in an accident, but I recieved a call around 4:30 for a possible reschedule. Monday I got a call from Patrick-he was very nice and sent out a tech. around 9:30. The gentleman who replaced my windshield was very very friendly and worked neatly and promptly. He instructed me about my new windshield and left! I had a great experience with this company and will use them again. Can't be the price!

I had a great experience!! My wife called me at work about 8:00 a.m. one morning saying our back window on our expedition was broken. I went to Glass.net and my window was fixed by lunch time the same day. I would recomend it to all my freinds.

the man who replaced the window was very nice. I worry that the window doesn't go all the way down when rolled down, it sticks up about a cm, but it doesn't really bother me to put my arm on the door. Of all the places I looked, this company was the cheapest. I think it was a good job. There was still glass to clean up in the rest of the front/back seats of the car... I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that there are no problems with it in the future as they are located in Baytown and that would be very much out of the way for me. All in all, the woman who took my call initially was wonderful and I'm satisfied.
