The technicians arrived bang on time (a miracle considering that the repair was in Los Angeles at peak traffic time). They went to work with a gusto and replaced the back glass in 1hr 15 minutes flat. They were quick and efficient. All in all, the only positive thing associated with having a broken back wind shield is seeing replaced so speedily and efficiently.

They got me an appt for the next day, even though it wasn't for my first choice of times. The guy was a bit late, but since I wasn't on a schedule it was ok. He did a really good job, was quick and efficient, and it was an extra bonus that he cleaned up the broken glass all over the back seat. Thank you very much, I would definitely recommend these services to a friend.

When I made the choice it was for same day service or next day in this case. I had to wait an extra day and that is my onely gripe other than that i felt the pricing. The rep was great, fast polite, but I wish a little more effort had been made to clean up the broken glass in the car it would not have been that much more to ask. Overall experience good just alittle more customer service would have made it exceptional
