On the day of my appointment, it was raining and the technician was to meet me at work. I didn't have any place that was dry. The gentleman drove around and found a place and did the job well with a great attitude. I was very impressed.

Shawn was great. They fixed the glass quickly and also helped to replace a part that was broken to help hold the glass in place! Perfect!

I asked for AM service. Last time I check AM service was before noon! I have had to cancel two appointments because they cannot tell time. On the second reschedule I was supposed to be the first person served. I got a call about 8 am telling me they would arrive about 9:20am. 10:35 and they still did not show up. I asked for an early Am appointment because I do not want to miss work. 10:40 they show up. Now I have to wait for my 3rd appointment on Monday. All I heard was excuses. I want results. I want promises kept. Is this too hard to do? All I want is godo service! They run a shotty business if the first person is served at 10:40am! What the heck do they do in the mornings? Extensive coffee breaks?
