Although you got a late start (I called in the morning and did not hear from Ricki until late that afternoon), everything went smoothly from there. I was met at my office at the planned time and the work was completed in the timeframe discussed. Clean up was good and my initial evaluation of the installation is excellent. I will evaluate overall quality of installation over the next couple of days and report back any additional comments.
